Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Heart Me and we are happy to accept returns within 15 days of the shipping date if the product is in its original condition. We cover the cost of return shipping via a prepaid return label in every order. 

 

Please understand that we do not offer exchanges due to inventory policy purposes. We understand shopping for pet can be tricky sometime. Please use our Size Guide help yourself. If you have any question, please contact us at support@heartme.com.

 

We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for lost items. When we receive your returned item, we will process your return and credit your account within 10-12 business days. Thank you for your patience!
